Our Primary Care program offers everything from pre-employment physicals to chronic care for conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure. Social workers are available for evaluations, and we provide referrals for labs, x-rays, and other specialist services.

Dental Care

Our Dental Program offers exams, cleanings, and x-rays provided by hygienists; fillings and extractions by dentists; and acrylic partials and dentures at reduced rates.
Please note: We do not provide emergency dental services.

Mental Health & Wellness

We offer in-person and virtual counseling, short-term behavioral health support, and health management sessions.
We also participate in Wellness Wednesday, a community event held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month from 1–3 p.m. at the Coastal Recovery Community Center at 11 White Street in Rockland. Services may include acupuncture, therapeutic massage, and other healing practices. Benefits can include reduced stress, anxiety, and pain, and increased emotional well-being.
