We provide affordable, high-quality care through a variety of programs designed to meet our community’s needs. All services are by appointment only unless otherwise noted.
We accept MaineCare, Medicare, and private insurance, with a sliding scale discount option for those who are uninsured. We believe cost should never be a barrier to care. Primary Care

Our Primary Care program offers everything from pre-employment physicals, to care for chronic conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Social workers are available for evaluations. We provide referrals for labs, x-rays, and other specialist services.
We are currently accepting new Primary Care patients of all ages, with no wait list.

Dental Care
1019 Commercial Street, Rockport, Maine
Our Dental Program offers exams, cleanings, and x-rays provided by hygienists; fillings and extractions by dentists; and acrylic partials and dentures at reduced rates.
Please note: We do not provide emergency dental services.

Mental Health & Wellness

We offer in-person and virtual counseling, short-term behavioral health support, and health management sessions.
We also participate in Wellness Wednesday, a community event held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month from 1–3 p.m. at the Coastal Recovery Community Center at 11 White Street in Rockland. Services may include acupuncture, therapeutic massage, and other healing practices. Benefits can include reduced stress, anxiety, and pain, and increased emotional well-being.
