Medical Clinic
Our medical clinic offers everything from pre-employment physicals to chronic care for diseases like diabetes and hypertension. We also provide a valuations by social workers and referrals to medical specialist for labs, x-rays, and other tests.
Dental Program
Our dental program offers, low-cost dental care for both adults and children. We provide exams, cleanings, and x-rays by a dental, hygienist, fillings and extractions by dentists, and acrylic, partials and dentures at reduced rates.
Mental Health & Wellness
Our mental health and wellness program offers short term in person and virtual counseling, resource navigation, complementary medicine, practice, such as therapeutic massage and acupuncture, and health management education.
Prescription Assistance
Our prescription assistance program will help you apply to pharmaceutical companies to request medication‘s free of charge or find the least expensive medication option for you.
