General Information
We provide affordable, high-quality care designed to meet our community’s needs. All services are by appointment only unless otherwise noted.
We accept MaineCare, Medicare, and private insurance, with a sliding scale discount option for those who are uninsured or underinsured. We believe cost should never be a barrier to care. Click here for the sliding scale discount application, or visit our office at 22 White Street in Rockland during regular business hours to request a copy.
If you have concerns about cost or other issues related to your appointment, please call and let us know. We will work with you to make sure you can receive the care you need!
To make an appointment for any service at the Knox Clinic, please call (207) 680-4545.

Primary Care
We are currently accepting new Primary Care patients of all ages. Our Primary Care program offers everything from pre-employment physicals, to care for chronic conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Social workers are available for evaluations. We provide referrals for labs, x-rays, and other specialist services.
In case of medical emergency, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency department.
Dental Care
Our Dental Program includes exams, cleanings, and x-rays provided by hygienists; fillings and extractions by dentists; and acrylic partials and dentures at reduced rates. As of November 2026 there is a waiting list, but you may still call to schedule an appointment!
Mental Health & Wellness
We offer in-person and virtual counseling, short-term behavioral health support, and health management sessions.
We also support Wellness Wednesday, a community event held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month from 1–3 p.m. at the Coastal Recovery Community Center at 11 White Street in Rockland. Services may include acupuncture, therapeutic massage, and other healing practices for increased emotional well-being.
Other Assistance
We help patients access:
