What do we provide?

  • Short-term counseling with volunteer/staff counseling providers: the Coordinator of this program, Justine Charbonneau, LMSW-cc, will assess your concerns and then determine with you the course of your care. Call (207) 680-4545 to do a brief intake over the phone and set up an initial visit. Appointments take place Monday-Thursday from 8:30 am-4:30 pm
  • Resource Navigation: Please call 207-680-4545 to connect with one of our resource navigators
  • Complementary Medicine Practice: clinic patients have the opportunity to learn and experience healing practices such as therapeutic massage and acupuncture. Benefits can include stress reduction, reduced pain, and relief from anxiety and depression. Wellness Wednesdays take place on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month from 1-3pm at the Coastal Recovery Community Center, located at 11 White Street in Rockland.
  • Health Management: clinic patients can meet with a provider to privately discuss concerns such as diabetes, cholesterol, weight issues, breathing difficulties, smoking cessation and much more. More time can be spent focusing on your health and wellness goals.

How much does it cost?

Our counseling program currently accepts Mainecare and has a sliding-scale fee program for our uninsured neighbors. Individuals may also have the opportunity to receive free counseling services through our student intern program with a Master’s level clinical student.
