The Medical Clinic is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 10 a.m to 2 p.m. and every Wednesday evening from 5:30-8 p.m. except on holidays. Patients must make an appointment in advance to be seen, please call 207-680-4545 to set up an appointment.
What do we provide?
- General medical care– everything from pre-employment physicals to chronic care for diseases like diabetes and hypertension.
- Evaluation by a social worker and referrals to other social agencies.
- Referrals to medical specialists for labs, x-rays, and other tests.
Who qualifies?
EVERYONE!
How much does it cost?
- We accept Mainecare, Medicare and Private Insurance with copays being due at time of appointment. If you are uninsured, please let us know when you make an appointment and someone will reach out to you about our sliding-scale fee program.
- If you are concerned about affording the cost of your appointment, please call and let us know and we will work with you to make sure you can receive the care you need.
